5 SECRETS OF YOUTH AND HEALTH
10/28/2020

Each of these secrets is important. The combination of all six reinforces the effect of each and thus, helps you to see better results in the shorter terms.

The first four secrets refer to the physical action. And the other two affect our conscious and subconscious. You should follow all of them because as we all know, to make a significant change it is always necessary to combine physical action and work on your consciousness, and only then the result will be notable.

Secret 1: Cleansing the body.

Probably, this step should be included in your to-do list no matter what kind of change you want to make because everything in our body, starting from mood, depends on our internal health!

Thus, try to revise your daily menu and hold back from harmful habits, foods, etc. Good helpers in this matter are fruits, vegetables, and organic foods. For example, you can replace a harmful cheeseburger with a piece of baked chicken and salad, drink healthy and organic liquids like our B-Tea Kombucha instead of soda, and so on.

Secret 2: Healthy eating.

Proper nutrition is not some specific meal plan or diet. It assumes consuming foods that your body needs at each particular moment to provide your organism with all the needed elements, vitamins and nutrients. Thus, your menu can vary depending on different aspects such as season, the state of health, etc.

So who will tell you what food is right for you? The family doctor or nutritionist? No. Only your body knows what it needs and that is why it is so important to learn how to listen and understand your body and its needs!

Secret 3: Physical activity.

Our body has to move – hardly anyone would argue with this statement. However, a simple evening walk once in a week is not enough and you should teach your body to workout daily! It won’t be easy to develop such habit, but after a while, your body will get used to such schedule and going for a morning run or to the gym will no longer be a problem!

Secret 4: Sleep and relaxation.

We often struggle to fall asleep, and also often after falling asleep, we still can’t completely relax. As a result, when waking up, we already feel overwhelmed. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?

There are only two possible reasons:

  • The lack of movement during the day.
  • Too soft mattress.

Secret 5: Joy.

When was the last time you woke up smiling in the morning? When did you feel joy and happiness simply because of the smallest things? To maintain your youth, you have to re-learn to enjoy every single moment of your life just as a child. How to do this? Here’s your first task: every night, before going to bed, remember at least 5 positive things that happened during the day.
